Seafood


INGREDIENTS FOR THE PASTE:

100 grams of flour
5 grams of fat
½ teaspoon of olive oil
100 cc of warm water
Salt


INGREDIENTS FOR THE FILLING:

½ White onion
½ red bell pepper
½ green bell pepper
1 teaspoon of cut coriander
15 grams of “machas” (clean)
60 grams of shrimp (clean)
15 grams of oysters
Oil for frying


PREPARATION:

Make a crown fountain and mix the products dry. In the center of the crown add fat -previously melted- and olive oil, join smoothly with the help of warm water. Knead until obtaning a soft paste (preserve it). For the filling, cut the onion in brunoise and do the same with the bell peppers. When it is ready, preheat the frying pan with a little oil, saute the vegetables -for some minutes- and add the seafoods, salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from heat and add coriander.
Assemble the “empanadas” and fry them in deep oil.
