INGREDIENTS:

1 fresh tomato
½ garlic clove
2 olive oil teaspoons
20 cc of tomato juice
Mussels
Salt and pepper to taste


PREPARATION:

Prepare the brochette with the mussels.

Peel the tomato and leave it without seeds, mix all the ingredients with a minipimer until you obtain a juice, add salt and pepper. Consume cold.
