Chicken wrapped with bacon


INGREDIENTS:

200 grams of chicken (breast)
50 grams of bacon

INGREDIENTS FOR THE SAUCE:

50 cc. of soy
50 cc. of apple vinegar
50 grams of granulated sugar


PREPARATION:

Wrap the chicken in bacon in a uniform way. Wrap tight in aluza foil for the roll not to unwrap. Boil for some 10 minutes. Remove the aluza and seal the Chicken in a hot frying. Remove and cut.

For the sauce, put the sugar in saucepan withe little water. Form a blnd caramel and add vinegar and soy. Let it reduce –at low heat- until it takes sauce consistency.
